Where do I start?
To get in touch you can simply email me on [email protected] or alternatively call me on 07816790535 and leave a message, I always aim to respond within 24 hours.
Once we are in contact, I will offer you a short 10 minute phone call to briefly discuss the reasons why you are seeking therapy and answer any questions you may have.
At the end of our chat, if you would like to work together further, we can arrange a time to meet for a consultation session
What’s a consultation session?
Consultation for Adult Dramatherapy:
A consultation session is a time in which we can meet and get a sense of what it might be like working therapeutically together. You will have time to share what brings you to seek therapy and what you feel is important to share at this stage. If you are unsure, we can explore some of the feelings that started you thinking about coming to Dramatherapy.
In this time, I can share with you how I work and go through the practical aspects of the therapy. For example, When, where and how often we would meet; how confidentiality works; session fees, payment options and my policy on cancellations.
Consultation for families and Young People’s Dramatherapy:
A consultation session at this stage would be a time for you as the parent/carer to meet with me by phone, video call or in person, to talk about what has brought you to seek therapy for the young person and what you feel is important to share at this stage. We can talk about your child’s needs in more detail and have a look at your child’s life journey up to now. In this time, I can share with you how I work and go through the practical aspects of the therapy. For example When, where and how often therapy sessions would take place; the role of regular family review and support sessions; how confidentiality works for you and the young person; session fees, payment options and my policy on cancellations. Following this we would then arrange an initial session for the young person to meet with me and get a sense of what Dramatherapy is about and what it would be like working together.
